365 days of Play

31 December 2009 No Comment
Welcome to a year of playing!!

-professing health
Learn with me how to get in optimal shape for playful
opportunities. Recovering from a brain injury, struggling with P.O.T.s
(dangerously low blood pressure) and paralyzed stomach I am going to
overcome. I will be professing healthy options to continue a playful
attitude!

-adult play
I am not sure when I stopped playing as an adult but after I
fell sick I realized that I had stopped dating my husband, stopped
flirting with my man even though I never stopped loving him. It will
be 8 years of marriage between hub and I. I love him for the days he
stood by me while we were scared there would be no tomorrow or was
looking less then glamorous. Even though he is FAR from being perfect
he still is my best playmate ;) . How long has it been since I have
hung with the girls? Well, somewhere I lost my pack so in 2010 I am
planning on rounding up some girl relationships, new and old and have
some old-fashioned girl fun.

-kid play
Duh! Kids like to play! I should be playing with them more.
This year I will be chronicling silliness, I will be writing about
fun that can be had in your living room served at the kitchen table in
different forms. Maybe we will built a fort in our living room, or
maybe we will just be reading a silly story. Who knows, but play
awaits us.

-traveling professor
I always had dreams of traveling around the world, mountain climbing,
beaching it, cruising, and never ever loosing my obsession with the
mouse, then I had kids. Those dreams continue and here I will write
about them.

-a week in play
A week in play will be the week in rewind to catch those up on our
busy lives of the playful options that are available in them. Be sure
to catch our weekly newsletter so you do not skip a beat.

-Party Planning Professor
Professor of Play likes to party, so much so that our sister site is
http://PartyPlanningProfessor.com is the go-to site for all party ideas, party
requests, and holiday action! See what is being celebrated this week.
